Action Learning Sets
An opportunity to work in a confidential safe space - to bring or listen to an issue and gain new perspective working with colleagues
This process involves a small group working together on real issues. This supports reflection and learning on an individual, team and organisational basis to develop more successful creative flexible strategies. Participants are better able to think critically and collaborate to solve problems (especially complex ones) and develop leadership skills.
Akeso has a faculty of experienced coaches from Primary Care backgrounds who have experience of working with a wide range of health and social care staff from all levels and are competent in working in complex environments.
