Team coaching

Team coaching has been shown to develop teams and enhance quality, inter-personal relationships and collaboration. With the support from your Akeso Team Coach, your team will feel more aligned to the changes and more able to manage the challenges, faced by professional colleagues within Primary Care. Team coaching is great for teams who are noticing challenges as well as high performing teams, who want to become even better.

The Akeso team coaching offer is bespoke. Your Akeso Team Coach will work with you to ensure that the coaching delivers on the outcomes for the team, the Practice and the wider health care system. The offer may also include facilitated events, master classes, customised coaching, all of which will be designed and delivered for you.

Your Team Coach will offer supportive challenge and use a range of evidence-based tools and techniques to encourage the team members to identify strengths and notice what areas may need more attention.
